
Aged 1 – 3 years and is filtered through active charcoal to remove dominant woody notes and colour from aging. Bacardi Carta Blanca neither dominates nor disappears. It’s the world’s most mixable rum with almost any mixer but more importantly was used in the earliest recipes of the Mojito.
